So sorry for your loss.  Darlene was a great woman and she will be missed greatly.  She was so kind and caring with everyone.  I know that the world has lost a great woman, but Heaven opened it's pearly gates and greeted her with open arms.  Heaven is now graced with a wonderful person.  My love and prayers to the family.

Wilma was a beuautiful person inside and out. She never complained only to say when asked how she was feelinng she would say I m doing good. I worked with Wilma at Wal-mart and there wasnt a day that went by i wouldnt ask her how she felt. She was such a strong women who gave me strength to keep pushing even if i was having a bad day. She will be deeply missed and I know shes not suffering anymore. RIP Ms. Wilma Love you!! xoxo

Im the mother of Teresa  Hall. Marks mom in law when I met Darlene I  thought what a warm hearted loving women . She was so easy to talk to and she made me fill like I been in the family forever . I love Darlene the min I met her. She will be miss greatly

Wilma Darlene Hall (nee: Evans) 52, of Elyria passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday May 27, 2012 following a long bout with cancer.  She was born March 31, 1960 in Amherst, OH.  Darlene had worked at Walmart as a cashier, she treasured spending time with her grand babies and family, attending church and listening to country music.  Darlene is survived by three sons; Mark (Teresa) of Hanoverton, OH, Joey (Jenifer) of Carlisle Twp., Timothy (Rosemary) of Elyria, additional survivors include her mother; Minnie Evans (nee: Gooslin) of Carlisle Twp., a sister; Karen Evans of Elyria, three brothers; Jackie Gooslin of WV., Ricky and Tommy Evans both of Elyria, five grandchildren; Mark Jr., Cassie, Joey Jr., Haleyrose, Dylan and one expected. Darlene was preceded in death by her husband of thirty four years; Billy R. "Bud" Hall, and her father; William Evans.  Friends may call 4-7 PM Wednesday May 30, 2012 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57) Elyria (440)322-4626 where funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday May 31, 2012.  Pastor Tony Bentley will officate.
